ONLINE PAST LIFE REGRESSION - 3 hours

A past life regression is a guided, deep meditation in which you explore your subconscious and watch the key events of one of your past lives.

What's included in your session:

Each session lasts approximately 3 hours and consists of two parts:

30 minutes preliminary talk
We will talk about you and your background and eventually clarify the key issue to work on.

2 hours past life regression session
You will lay down, and after a deep relaxation of your physical body, I will guide you into your energy body and into the past life that will give you the answers you seek at that moment.
During the regression, you will be in a trance state, although fully aware. I will support you in navigating your past life, talking to you constantly and asking questions. ​
At the end of the session, you will release all the negative emotions that originated in that life and that you still carry in this life. Eventually, I will bring you back to the present moment gradually and safely.

30 minutes for feedback and integration
Immediately after your session, you'll draw what you saw, and we will briefly talk about it. Then you will have time to rest.


To know before booking

Before booking a session, please be aware of a couple of important facts:

This session will take place via video call; make sure to have a stable internet connection and a comfortable, quiet, silent space where you can lie down and not be disturbed or interrupted during your session.

If you use marijuana or other drugs, please be aware that your subconscious will be altered, so past life regression will NOT be possible, aka you won't see much during your journey.
At least two weeks of abstinence are needed before a regression.
Please take this into account when booking a session.

Please avoid taking sessions on your bed, as there will be energy cleansing involved, and you'll want to keep your sleeping place 'clean' and calm. Choose another comfortable spot in your home where you can lie down for an extended period.

It’s essential that after this intense experience, you take your time to rest and reflect and avoid activities that require concentration or physical strength.
